Renovation of floors and paints in a medical office in Verneuil sur Seine.

Laying tiling and a large clip‑on PVC floor (low wear) necessary in places open to the public to guarantee better durability and suitable for disinfection in medical/hospital environments.
All the walls were coated in two passes before receiving the primer coat and the two coats of “volatile organic component (VOC)‑free” paint. Quality materials and particular attention to decorative finishes!

Landscaping

The sunny days are coming and some of our customers have planned ahead to beautify their exterior.

Tipi Expertise is delighted to present to you this very beautiful outdoor work, of a house entrance driveway, in deactivated concrete, giving this gravelly and colorful appearance.

This makes it possible to obtain a robust, non‑slip and thermal shock resistant driveway.

The courtyard was covered with gravel to make it suitable for vehicles and easy to maintain thanks to the installation of a geotextile beforehand.

The difference in level of the land is highlighted thanks to low walls, creating relief and planters.

At the back, the terrace has been completely redone with pretty, more modern tiling. The creation of a step gives easier access to the garden.

This embellishment gives a lot of warmth and makes this house very welcoming.

Floor covering

It is in the offices of one of the buildings of our business hotel , at La Briqueterie de Feucherolles , that we changed the floor covering!

The old coverings were removed so that proper leveling could be carried out and a new floor made of LVT strips from Groupe Ratheau . This floor was chosen for easy maintenance and very good resistance to wear since it is a “high traffic” floor .
The color was chosen to bring more light to this floor! Splitting joints are placed to ensure that the floor can accommodate some expansion without tiling.

Modernization of a master suite

Our craftsmen build the autonomous and bioclimatic house which requires a simple stove to maintain a temperature of 20°C and limit the temperature to 25° in summer!
